I am Jay Klapper, a highly regarded motivational speaker and dedicated juvenile justice counselor based in the state of Georgia. With over four decades of experience in counseling and assessing hardcore juvenile delinquents, I’ve been instrumental in positively impacting the lives of countless young individuals and their communities.

My journey in the field of counseling began back in 1983, where I started my career at the Gwinnett Juvenile Jail. During my last year of college, I undertook an internship at Joseph’s Home for Boys, a shelter aiding abused and neglected children. These formative experiences ignited my passion for advocating for troubled youth.

Recognizing the need for guidance and support within the criminal justice system for young individuals, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Georgia State University. This educational endeavor further solidified my expertise and understanding within the field.

As a motivational speaker, I possess a unique ability to inspire and empower individuals to overcome adversities and instigate positive changes in their lives. Drawing from over four decades of experience, particularly with at-risk youth, my motivational talks resonate with audiences of all ages. In addition to my counseling and motivational speaking endeavors, I’ve been a devoted board member of Children Rescue and Rehabilitation Network Inc. This non-profit organization is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for at-risk youth, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to break free from the cycle of delinquency and to build brighter futures.
